submit a job application online.

To benefit from any of these services, the User must follow the instructions displayed on the Website. The User undertakes to provide complete and accurate information. If not, the request cannot be processed.

In any case, neither Magdalena nor their third-party providers shall be held liable if the requested service cannot be delivered due to a malfunction related to Website access and/or navigation, in accordance with Article 2 above.

Article 5 – APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms of Use are governed by French law, to the exclusion of any other legislation and/or foreign regulation, regardless of the country in which the Users are located and/or from which they access the Website.

Any dispute (contractual, non-contractual, or tort-related) relating to these Terms of Use shall, in the absence of an amicable settlement, be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts that are materially and territorially competent under the rules of French civil procedure.
